1. Pre‑Operation Safety & Transport Readiness
- Ensure the unit is securely bolted or anchored to the transporting vehicle.
- Disconnect and properly secure all external lines and hoses.
- Verify the filler cap is tightly closed and all required documentation/placards are present and in good condition.
2. Daily Visual Inspection of Components
- Systematically monitor the fuel level and inspect all pipes, tubes, valves, and couplers.
- Carefully check hoses, nozzles, and connections for signs of wear or potential leaks.
- Identify any bent, broken, or damaged components immediately.
3. Electrical System & Bund Area Assessment
- Inspect all electrical wires, terminals, and connections for cleanliness and good working condition.
- Check the interstice area (bund) regularly to ensure it is clean and free of debris or spilled fuel.
- Verify that all electrical components are fully engaged and free from corrosion.
4. Fastener Verification & Component Maintenance
- Check and tighten all nuts, bolts, and fasteners to specified torque levels.
- Immediately address any leaks, damaged components, or structural issues discovered during inspection.
- Stop leaks and replace broken components using genuine replacement parts or exact equivalents.
