Check the Breather Valve Status
Before operation, carefully check that the breather valve on top of the Portable Diesel Fuel Storage Tank is unobstructed. Clean dust and oil around the valve port to ensure the pressure release channel is unobstructed. If the valve is frozen or stuck, do not force filling; the ventilation device must be repaired first to prevent abnormal pressure rise inside the tank and physical damage.

Open the Filler Cap
Slowly unscrew the filler cap of the Portable Diesel Fuel Storage Tank to release residual pressure inside the tank. Stop when you hear a hissing sound and wait for the internal and external pressures to equalize before fully opening the cap. This step effectively prevents high‑pressure gas from carrying oil mist out, protecting operators from injury, and also provides sufficient space for subsequent fuel filling.

Control the Injection Rate
During diesel injection, the flow rate must be strictly controlled to reduce gas accumulation. Air inside the Portable Diesel Fuel Storage Tank must be smoothly expelled through the vent. If fuel overflow is observed from the vent, the pumping speed should be immediately reduced. Maintaining a low injection speed allows air to escape fully, preventing air lock from affecting metering accuracy and tank structural safety.

Confirm Sealing and Reset
After injection, wait a moment for the internal gas to stabilize completely. Once it is confirmed that there is no oil leakage from the Portable Diesel Fuel Storage Tank's vent, quickly tighten the injection port cap and breather valve. Check that all seals are in place to ensure the tank is back to a sealed state. Finally, clean up any oil spills on site, completing the venting process and ensuring the equipment is always ready for use.
