5. Avoiding repeated heating of the oil in the tank ensures the color of the oil and reduces the cost of oil treatment.
6. Long service life, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and anti scaling function greatly improve the overall performance of the heat exchanger.
7. The advanced design of the process structure ensures the smooth flow of oil products and a good "bottom pumping" effect.
8. Automated control can be achieved, and the steam feed rate can be controlled based on the inlet and outlet temperature of the oil and the oil flow rate.
9. Compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, will not affect the safety of the tank due to the installation of the heater. Compared with U-tube heat exchangers, under the same heat transfer area, the external dimensions of vortex heat film heat exchangers are only about half of those of U-tube heat exchangers.

It is reported that this new oil tank heating technology has obtained multiple national patents and has been applied in multiple oil and gas storage and transportation units of PetroChina.
