①Pressure balancing device
Equipped with a special pressure balancing valve, when the pressure in the tank increases or decreases due to diesel in and out or temperature changes, the pressure balancing valve will automatically open or close. For example, when the temperature rises and the pressure in the tank increases, the valve opens to release the excess pressure; when the temperature drops and the pressure decreases, the valve opens to allow outside air to enter and maintain the pressure in the tank stable.
②Ventilation system
Reasonably designed vents are an important part of balancing pressure. Vents usually have a certain size and number, which can allow air to smoothly enter and exit the tank when diesel is added or extracted, avoiding pressure imbalance caused by changes in liquid volume. At the same time, the vents can also keep a certain degree of circulation between the air in the tank and the outside atmosphere during daily storage to ensure that the pressure is within the normal range.
③Safety valve
As the last line of defense for pressure balance, when the pressure balance valve and vent cannot effectively control the pressure, causing the pressure inside the tank to exceed the safety threshold, the safety valve will open quickly to discharge the gas inside the tank, preventing the tank from rupturing due to overpressure and other dangerous situations, thus ensuring the safe operation of the storage tank.
