1. Optimize structural design:
Continue and strengthen the double-wall structure, increase the distance between the inner and outer layers, fill the middle with heat-insulating and flame-retardant materials, reduce the influence of external heat on the inner tank, and reduce the possibility of diesel combustion and explosion caused by abnormal temperature.
Perform comprehensive flaw detection on the welds of the tank to ensure the quality of the welds and reduce the leakage risks caused by welding defects. At the same time, add thickened protective layers to the parts of the tank that are susceptible to impact, such as the bottom and corners, to improve the tank's impact resistance.
2. Strengthen material selection:
Preferably use high-strength, corrosion-resistant and flame-retardant materials, such as special alloy steel, which can not only resist the long-term erosion of diesel, but also is not easy to burn when encountering open flames or high temperatures, effectively preventing the spread of fire.
For the sealing materials of the storage tank, use rubber or silicone materials that are resistant to high temperatures, oil-resistant and have strong sealing properties to ensure that they can maintain a good sealing state under different temperature and pressure environments to prevent diesel leakage.
3. Improve safety configuration:
Install high-precision liquid level monitoring and alarm devices to monitor the diesel level in the tank in real time. When the liquid level rises or falls abnormally, an alarm will be issued in time to remind the operator to check whether there is leakage or abnormal refueling.
Add an overpressure protection device. When the pressure in the tank exceeds the safety threshold, it will automatically open the pressure relief to avoid the danger of tank rupture and explosion caused by excessive pressure. At the same time, regularly maintain and inspect safety devices such as fire dampers and safety valves to ensure their sensitivity and reliability.
