①Infrastructure
Build a stable foundation according to the capacity and weight of the tank. Small tanks can use concrete foundation piers to ensure the stable placement of the tank; large tanks need to be cast with large-area, high-strength concrete foundation platforms, and sufficient steel bars should be configured inside the foundation to enhance the bearing capacity of the foundation and prevent the tank from sinking or tilting. The foundation surface should be kept horizontal, and the error should be controlled within a very small range to ensure the stability of the tank installation.
②Tank installation
When installing the tank, use professional lifting equipment and strictly follow the operating procedures to lift it to avoid collision and damage to the tank. Place the tank accurately on the preset foundation and perform precise calibration to ensure that the tank is vertical. For double-layer tanks, pay special attention to the uniformity of the gap between the inner and outer tanks during installation to prevent local extrusion or deformation that affects the safety protection function of the tank.
③Pipeline connection
When connecting the diesel inlet and outlet pipelines, use standard pipeline materials to ensure that the pipeline and the tank interface are tightly sealed. Sealing gaskets, welding, etc. can be used. After the installation is completed, a pressure test is performed to check whether there are any leaks in the pipeline system. The pressure test value should be higher than the normal working pressure to simulate extreme working conditions and ensure the safety and reliability of the pipeline system.
④Safety facility installation
Install safety facilities such as breathing valves and overflow prevention devices. The breathing valve should be installed at a suitable position on the top of the tank to ensure that it can work normally and adjust the pressure in the tank. The sensor of the overflow prevention device is installed at an accurate height in the tank to ensure sensitive liquid level monitoring. When the liquid level reaches the warning value, the oil inlet valve can be started and closed in time to prevent diesel overflow from causing safety accidents.
